OUR CLEAN COMMITMENT
The health and safety of our guests and our community is our top priority. By closely monitoring industry and government guidance regarding the COVID-19 virus, including information supplied by the Nevada Health District (SNHD), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization (WHO), we have devised additional guidelines and procedures for sanitation and cleaning, with an emphasis on the prevention of virus transmission.
Our Clean Commitment is designed to enhance safety and minimize risk for our visitors, working girls and our employees. It ensures the hygiene and sanitation practices of our brothels and meet the regulatory requirements and the recommendations of the CDC. This commitment also includes new cleanliness protocols that meet or exceed our already rigorous standards.
OUR CLEAN PROTOCOL
To minimize risk and enhance safety for visitors, working girls and employees, we use disinfectant products that have been pre-approved and certified by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for use against emerging viruses, bacteria, and other airborne and blood-borne pathogens.
We have increased our routine environmental cleaning and adhere to the recommendations set forth in the EPA Emerging Pathogen Policy regarding cleaning and disinfectants. Disinfectants are applied during cleaning of our guest areas as well as public spaces, and other “high-touch” areas on a constant basis.
COVID 19 SPECIFIC INITIATIVES
To ensure the health and safety of our guests, we have implemented several new initiatives throughout our brothels including the following:
Thermal Scans
Thermal scanners and/or hand-held digital thermometers are deployed at each entry point to conduct a non-invasive temperature check on all who enters. Those with a temperature at or over 100.4°F (38°C) will be not be allowed to enter. They will be advised to seek appropriate medical care.
In addition at each entrance of the brothels, hand sanitizer stations will be available and required to use upon entering the establishment and will be available at the bar and cashier areas.
Also when the working girls enter the brothel, Lysol will be used on any personal items and luggage they bring in.
When the test becomes available to the public, and the working girls go to the doctor for their weekly tests, the doctor can test the working girls for COVID 19 and also will be giving them a visual exam at that time for any signs of sickness.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
All who enter the brothels, it is mandatory to wear personal face masks while visiting the businesses. Masks and gloves will be available along with hand sanitizers. All employees will be wearing a face mask and gloves while on duty. And an added plus, in addition to the front entrance thermal temperature scan; there will be individual temperature devices available for the working girls who can use again in the negotiation rooms.
OUR PUBLIC PLACES
Physical Distancing
Guests, working girls and employees are required to practice physical distancing by standing at least six feet away from others while standing or sitting within the parlor areas and bar areas.
Only up to 10 guests and/or working girls will be allowed to congregate within the parlor and bar area at a time. Otherwise the guests will be asked to wait outside in our designated lounge area.
Within the bar and parlor area extra chairs and bar stools have been taken out of these areas to insure less people congregate within the business for social distancing.
Cashier counters will be installed with plexiglass partitions to separate the guests and cashiers.
The appropriate designated signs that are issued by health department will be hung up at the entrance of the brothels as well in the parlor and the cashier areas.
OTHER COVID-SPECIFIC PROTOCOLS
Any working girl or employee that has a temperature or is feeling ill or has called in sick; will be mandated to see their doctor and get a work release notice to return to work.
Working girls and employees are reminded to stay home if they do not feel well. They are also instructed on proper procedures if they notice a coworker or guest with flu-like symptoms.
Our staff is required to disinfect all areas on a consistent basis thru out the entrance, parlor, restrooms and bar areas.
The frequency of cleaning and disinfecting by dedicated staff has been increased in all public spaces with an emphasis on “high-touch” surfaces including front desk counters, seating areas, tables, door handles, public restrooms, phone and handrails.
Shared Equipment
Shared tools and equipment will be sanitized before, during and after each shift or when the equipment is transferred to a new staff member. This includes phones, radios, computers and other communication devices, payment terminals, keys, time clocks, and all other direct contact items used throughout the resort.
All bar glassware will be replaced with disposable plastic or paperware.
All kitchen serving ware for the working ladies will be replaced with paper plates and plasticware.
Also, we will be eliminating line-ups when the clients enter the businesses. We are encouraging working girls to work via appointments.
We will also be operating at half the capacity of room volume.
And lastly, our weekly meetings and tea-parties, craft sessions, Dee Jay and Karaoke nights, birthday parties, live-stream along with our monthly house parties will be postponed until further notice to keep the social distancing to the appropriate low levels.
